Welcome to the Gardens at Dorsey.
We are a beautifully landscaped community located in the East End of Louisville in Jefferson County, KY off of Dorsey Lane.
Our name is derived from the fact that there was a community garden on the 15+ acres years ago.
Our 81 unit condominium community (owner only owns the interior space of their unit, while the condo association owns and maintains the exterior and common areas) is self-managed and deed-restricted.
